.NET Software Engineer, Junior

Key Role:

Perform analysis, design, development, system and integration testing, and debugging of relatively complex applications using standard or new approaches for new and existing systems, including requirements gathering. Develop and maintain responsibility for requirements, designs, test plans, implementation, and user documents. Support daily operations and maintenance of existing application systems, including supporting requested enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving problems, data management, performance tuning, and reporting. Support the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) process and documentation deliverables for stage gate reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with software development, including full SDLC, SQL, and Web application development

-Experience with Web development technologies, .NET framework, and software development languages, including C#, SQL, or MDX

-Experience with platforms and database technologies, including Microsoft SQL and Oracle database

-Experience with performing ETL

-Experience with using software source control or configuration management tools and issue tracking tools

-Experience with designing and developing automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms

-Experience with full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations support

-Experience with troubleshooting and problem resolution

-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Agile methodologies and development processes

-Experience with SQL Server and SQL Server components, including SQL Server tools, such as SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS

-Experience with data migration tools

-Experience with SQL Server Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) technology

-Experience with data warehousing and multidimensional databases

-Knowledge of health data transfer communication standards, including DICOM, HL7 W3C, and security standards

-Knowledge of Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC)

-BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, or IT-related field preferred
