Network Administrator, Mid

Key Role:

Manage the network and underlying hardware for a lab environment using DevOps principles. Develop and modify software to configure, provision, and update a Cisco networking environment using a Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Program Interface (API). Troubleshoot, remove, repair, and upgrade IT systems and hardware in the lab environments. Develop and modify software to automate the configuration, provisioning, and updating of network attached storage devices.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with managing network communication, including switching and routing

-3 years of experience as a network administrator in an enterprise environment

-Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell, JavaScript, or Bash

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Fully IAT II 8570.01 Compliant Certifications, including Security+ and Operating Systems Certifications

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Software Defined Networking

-Experience with using Automation/Orchestration tools, including VMware Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, or CloudBolt

Clearance:
