Network and Mission Command SME

Key Role:

Perform capability gap and DOTMLPF-P analysis to inform requirements. Develop, write, assemble, and staff capability requirements documents, operational mode summary and mission profile, and basis of issue guidance perform capability-based assessment and material solutions Analysis. Conduct market survey and product research, and develop Critical Operational Issues and Criteria (COIC) and Doctrinal and Organizational Plan (D&OP) for operational test.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Army Mission Command (MC) and Network systems, operation, employment, or sustainment of MC systems, including command posts, Army tactical networks, Blue Force Tracker, Warfighter Information Network-Tactical, and various very high frequency, high frequency, and satellite communication systems

-Experience in an Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) and TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM) conducting doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis and integration

-Experience working in a brigade command post

-Experience with operating a computer to input, retrieve, develop, and manipulate a variety of data

-Knowledge of the US Army and its function, including organizational structures with emphasis on Brigade combat teams, doctrine and operational concepts

-Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office tools

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of DAU courses: CLR 101, Introduction to Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System, DAU ACQ 101, Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management, and DAU RQM 110, Core -Concepts for Requirements Management

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to develop products for and communicate with Army Senior Leaders

-Mission Command Digital Master Gunner Certification preferred
