Network and Technical Support Team Lead

Key Role:

Provide client support to US Army Reserve units with questions or problems relative to the respective Sustainment Information Systems (SIS), including service requests and problem reporting. Work independently and on critical issues until closure. Leverage expertise in producing and deploying scripts to support network and SIS operations, pushing applicable software across the ArNet, and supporting other scripting processes. Manage network objects and push software with Global Policy Objects (GPO). Leverage knowledge of the implementation sustainment of virtual server and workstation environments. This position may require the ability to travel to various locations.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in support of DoD networks and advanced networks in active directory, imaging, network architecture, scripting, and group policy management

-Experience with Tier II level support of Windows Server 2012

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD IAT Level II Certification, including Security+

Additional Qualifications

-Experience with a combination of ULLS-AE, TC-AIMS, GCSS-A, and CASI-VSAT

-Knowledge of Information Security and distributed network systems using the ArNET or NIPRNet preferred

-Computing Environment Certification, including MCSA Windows Server 2012
