Network Development All-Source Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct all-source analysis for a DoD client, including geospatial analysis and usage of imagery to identify and discover C4I telecommunications infrastructure in foreign systems and categorize the components of adversary infrastructure. Leverage expertise in all-source analysis techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policy makers and DoD officials regarding military capabilities, political military issues, and military strategy, doctrine, and intent of the MENA AOR. Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply expertise in specialized subject matter to guiding efforts. Analyze the development of products tailored to clients ranging from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or specialized all-source intelligence analysis training

-Experience with US government all-source analysis production

-Experience with conducting research, including Boolean logic and high side reporting tools, such as TAC, RMT, or Palantir

-Knowledge of tools, including MIDB or NPW, Google Earth, and ArcGIS

-Knowledge of the intelligence community and Combatant Command (COCOM) environment

-Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables within a short time frame

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst

-Experience in working with collection managers and crafting requirements

-Ability to speak or read a critical foreign language at a professional level

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus
