Network Engineer

Key Role:
Support the design and creation of the IT infrastructure of a Cloud-enabled enterprise system to optimize quality of service, maximize availability, and eliminate failures. Support servers, data backups, infrastructure and cloud migration activities and provide network engineering and system support. Perform maintenance, asset and inventory management, and configuration management. Support the design, build, procurement, and integration of new specialized networking attribution technologies and secured architectures. Provide technical expertise in low-visibility network operations and secure communications strategies. Reduce the burden placed on its spectrum, use bandwidth efficiently, and secure the data and networks appropriately. Support Cybersecurity requirements per IC Directive 503 RMF. 

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience as a network engineer
-1+ years of experience with secure and Joint domains 
-Experience with engineering, designing, building, and implementing network systems
-Experience with network traffic and providing capacity planning solutions
-Experience with testing, installing, and supporting network communications, including LAN, MAN, or WAN systems
-Experience with computer and telecommunications or communications operations, data entry, data control, LAN, MAN, or WAN administration and operations support, operating systems programming, system security policy procedures, or Web strategy and operations
-Experience with Cybersecurity requirements and IC Directive 503 RMF
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Service Provider, Routing and Switching, Data Center, Security, or Wireless Certifications

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with DoD clients preferred
-Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and implementation teams
-Ability to work independently under general direction
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in a computer-related field
