Nuclear Utility Focused Business Leader

Key Role:

Design, manage, maintain, and grow customer accounts and lead account teams through the entire client engagement process, relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight. Work closely with the VP of energy, fellow account leaders, account managers, and account teams in a highly collaborative environment, including staying highly engaged with security leaders in the nuclear utility industry, and leading combined capability or domain teams in the generation of tangible customer value, growth and additional revenue. Provide strategic direction to account teams as the holistic owner of key customer relationships and leading a team of account managers, maintain responsibility for the overall relationship with designated accounts, participate and provide leadership in the establishment, including review, and revise the firm’s go-to-market strategy in the area of nuclear utility Cybersecurity transformation. Play a leadership role in professional communities, including in strategic, firm-wide projects and investment opportunities related to subject matter expertise. Share expertise with others, mentor and develop up-and-coming professionals in their fields of endeavor. Leverage nuclear utility expertise, including ICS Cybersecurity experience to lead large and complex client engagements for consulting and services in Cybersecurity, lead Cybersecurity related engagements for energy clients, represent Booz Allen at Industry and association events. Bring existing client relationships to develop new leads, and increase revenue with nuclear energy clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with nuclear utility account growth and leadership at levels exceeding $20M per year in revenue

-Knowledge of nuclear utility business models, and forces driving changes in nuclear power operations

-Ability to show a proven track record of success with leading account teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight

-Ability to operate in a technology firm within the professional services space

-Ability to show a track record of initiating and sustaining excellent customer relationships with nuclear utilities or major commercial clients

-BA or BS degree or 10 years of experience with nuclear and utility Cybersecurity focused professional services

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Engineering or Data Analytics services in the nuclear utility space

-Experience with Cybersecurity associations

-Ability to show comprehension of nuclear power Cybersecurity challenges

-MA or MS degree
