Oil and Gas Market Business Leader

Key Role:

Design, manage, maintain, and grow customer accounts and lead account teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, delivery and execution oversight. Work closely with the VP of energy, fellow account leaders, account managers, account teams, and subject matter experts in a highly collaborative environment and stay highly engaged with security leaders in the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry and lead combined Cyber capability or domain teams in the generation of tangible customer value, growth and additional revenue. Provide strategic direction to account teams as the holistic owner of key customer relationships and lead a team of account managers responsible and accountable for the overall relationship with designated accounts. Participate and provide thought leadership in the establishment, review, and revision of the firm’s Cyber go-to-market strategy. Leverage industry expertise, including IT and OT experience, to lead large and complex client engagements for consulting and services across firm’s Cyber capabilities. Build upon existing client relationships to develop new leads and increase revenue within this market.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in leading Cyber engagements in the Oil and Gas market, across upstream, E&P, downstream, refining, manufacturing, and pipelines

-7+ years of experience in leading account teams through the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight

-Experience in driving and delivering client engagements by developing innovative solutions, building efficient teams, aligning resources and positioning Cyber capabilities

-Experience working in a fast-paced environment at a large technology-focused professional services firm

-Experience in initiating and sustaining successful customer relationships with major oil and gas clients and industry leaders

-BA or BS degree or 18 years of experience in the O&G industry

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience within the oil and gas industry and Cyber associations

-MA or MS degree or 20 years of experience in an O&G or energy industry role
