Operations Analyst

Key Role:
Serve as an operations analyst for an Army agency managing acquisition reform. Manage all incoming taskers from all internal and external organizations through completion, including using the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA)’s task management system. Perform required revisions to tasker input and provide technical writing and editing in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50. Provide timely statuses of active and pending organizational tasks, facilitate meetings with other action officers, and advise directorates on internal staffing procedures, protocol, and format requirements. Develop briefing packages to analyze budget, test, logistics, program management and reviews, and acquisition decisions, ensuring copies of all presentation materials are maintained in the organizational knowledge management system. Serve as the operation's SharePoint Organization Site Owner (OSO), performing Web site administration actions, including population and weekly maintenance of operations data stored on SharePoint, managing user access and permission levels, assisting users with defining requirements for SharePoint functionality, and collaborating with SharePoint developers to implement requirements. Provide administrative services for the executive director on a rotational basis to cover leave and absences, including staffing the reception desk to answer phones, escorting visitors, responding to information requests from general officer and senior executive service level offices, and scheduling and facilitating meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with project planning or operations support 

-3 years of experience with Army HQ
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
-Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, offer recommendations, prepare reports or documents, and present results both orally and in writing
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Army or Program, Project, or Product Manager (PM) support
-BA or BS degree

-PMP Certification a plus

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
