Operations Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a member of the onsite staff and support and implement the daily operations of a product manager (PdM) program by providing operations support to all assigned military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Coordinate with PdM for military administrative support and civilian administrative support, including timecards, travel, and awards and review and analyze program-level policies and procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and local office policies. Ensure policies and procedures conform to defense and locally published policies and procedures and coordinate, develop, or oversee the development of PdM presentations, reports, responses, and briefings, including HEX charts for staff meetings, weekly activity reports, and the deployment status for PdM, the Army client, DoD officials, government officials, senior military personnel of the armed services, army headquarters, and client staff. Maintain responsibility for documentation configuration management and provide event scheduling and execution, including organizational staff meetings, all-hands meetings, working group and project meetings, such as working-level integrated product team (WIPT) and Integrated Product Team (IPT), and change of charter, retirement, and promotion ceremonies. Coordinate and provide personnel support for in-processing, out-processing, and daily activities, including security, IT, and space, provide facilities and infrastructure oversight, management, and maintenance, and interface with the facilities manager or local contract providers to secure waste disposal, plumbing, electrical, and environmental services to maintain and clean assigned spaces. Manage all day-to-day operations, including tracking all tasks and coordinating across PdM divisions to ensure timely completion and supporting the product manager and program operations.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with working in an operations team in a DoD environment.

-2+ years of experience as an office manager working in an office of approximately 20 people

-Experience with the Army risk management program and the Risk Management for Acquisition guide

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

-Experience with SharePoint

-Ability to create senior-level reports, briefings, and documents, including at the Flag, General, or SES level and deliver them with approval-ready quality in editorial-quality English

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a military staff officer or senior administrative officer

-Experience in C4ISR or client environments preferred

-Ability to show proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including Word

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent customer service skills

-AA degree preferred; BA or BS degree a plus

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Clearance:
