Operations Officer, Lead

Key Role:

Serve as an operations officer for Army System of Systems Engineering and Integration. Manage all incoming taskers from all internal and external organizations through completion using the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) Task Management System. Perform required revisions to tasker input and provides technical writing, and editing in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50. Provide timely statuses of active, and pending organizational tasks, facilitate meetings with other action officers, and advise directorates on internal staffing procedures, protocol, and format requirements. Develop briefing packages to support budget, test, logistics, and program management and reviews, and acquisition decisions, including ensure copies of all presentation materials are maintained in the organizational knowledge management system. Serve as the operations SharePoint Organization Site Owner (OSO) performing Website administration actions, including population and weekly maintenance of operations data stored on SharePoint. Manage user access and permission levels, assist users in defining requirements for SharePoint functionality, and collaborate with SharePoint developers to implement requirements. 


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience on an Army staff with at least 1+ years of those years of experience with the HQDA Task Tracking System or Army Staff Action Control Process  

-Knowledge of Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 Army Correspondence

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

-Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, make recommendations, including prepare reports, documents and present results

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army Program Executive Office (PEO) or Program, Project, Product Manager (PM) support

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

-PMP certification a plus


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
