Operations Research Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for leading the analysis and delivery of global ISR operations planning required to support local client staff. Identify and deliver analysis on necessary ISR operations, integration of Air Force enterprise capabilities and resources, processes, connectivity, ISR command and control, battlespace awareness, AOC collaboration and synchronization, and system integration and resources in support of MAJCOM and intelligence community (IC) operational requirements. Facilitate information sharing and analytic outreach and develop collaborative relationships with members of Air Force Theater Commands, AOCs, and the IC. Review and analyze concepts of operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), ISR C2, Air Force policy and guidance, system integration requirements, and integration strategies supporting AF commanders and supported Combatant Command intelligence requirements. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with operations, including ISR, flight, space, or Cyber
-5+ years of experience in senior management roles
-5+ years of experience in an ISR C2, AF DCGS Enterprise, and AF AOC operations leadership role
-Experience with operational planning in warfighting HQs, including Air Force or Joint
-Experience with developing solutions for complex, integrated systems
-Knowledge of industry systems development life cycle methodologies
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with airborne ISR platforms
-Experience in a war-fighting staff or NAF staff
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree preferred

-Previous Command or Graduate of a Weapon School
