Operations Support Team Lead

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for all activities related to technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations. Plan and recommend machine modifications or additional equipment to increase the capacity of the system. Prepare operational cost estimate for current and proposed projects, evaluate vendor proposals for purchases of hardware, and manage related outsourcing contracts and service levels. Direct compilation of records and reports concerning production, machine malfunctioning, and maintenance. Advise or consult on organizational, procedural, and work-flow plans, monitor the operating systems and recommend changes to improve processing and usage. Develop competencies in project and financial management, and assist in managing teams and formulating business strategies. Guide the progress of projects, including mentoring junior staff in firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience in capabilities with successful development of complex systems in geographically dispersed, multi- vendor environment using Scrum and Agile methods.

-10 years of experience in manned and unmanned flying unit and ground ISR unit

-Experience with Adobe RoboHelp and Adobe Captivate

-Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EIDTR), Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMass), incremental information assurance accreditation, and fortify
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering or other related discipline
