Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Key Role
Be adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. Apply expert knowledge of Oracle EBS to support HR and payroll system integration activities associated with large Oracle EBS implementation. Demonstrate high subject matter expertise and hands-on delivery experience with Oracle EBS, including R12.2, conduct fit or gap analysis of current business requirements, and recommend best-of-breed solutions that consider varied approaches and EBS technical capabilities. Work with varied stakeholders, including business or functional owners, the IT department, and internal software delivery teams in comprehending application needs and goals. Leverage knowledge of key Oracle HR and payroll modules and how they support the business process flow.  Apply technical knowledge of and experience with flex fields, fast formulas, value sets, core table structures, and Oracle best-practices to advise on approaches to minimize Oracle customizations, extensions, and modifications. 
 

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with the Oracle EBS product suite, including common shared modules
-4+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Core HR module, including HR and payroll
-4+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Workforce management, including self-service and absence management
-3+ years of experience with creating business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents, and implementation documents
-2+ years of experience with Oracle forms and reports
-Knowledge of the Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
-Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with implementing Oracle federal financials for one full lifecycle
-Knowledge of federal payroll, including military payroll
-Knowledge of OBIEE and BI Publisher
-Knowledge of ODI
-Oracle Certifications preferred
