As an organization transformation strategist on our team,-(not part of the template, req are you using "transformation Strategist" in place of change management Senior) you’ll have a direct impact on your client. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce [stakeholder analyses, environmental studies, change deliverables that drive stakeholders towards adoption, etc.]- (Highlighted part was missing from the submitted req)You know effective transformation isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your experience with organizational change models and organization assessment, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You Have:

-8+ years of experience with change management, business analysis, workforce planning, employee engagement, or corporate strategy

-8+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, analyzing trends, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement

-5+ years of experience with supporting large dispersed client organizations, including the federal sector

-3+ years of experience with leading other members of a team towards project goals

-Experience with transforming or improving mission support and back-office functions through consolidation, outsourcing, shared services, or centers of excellence, including finance, IT, HR, and procurement

-Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, and unpredictable environment

-Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate within an organization to support the mission and organizational objectives
-MA or MS degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with developing federal proposals, whitepapers, and other business development documents

-Possession of excellent analytical skills

-Possession of excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, including exercising high professional mature judgment

-MA or MS degree in Business, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Development, or a related field

-Change Management Certification

-Design Thinking Certification

-PMP Certification
