As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on the U.S. Air Force or NASA. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce stakeholder analyses, environmental analyses, communication strategies, training strategies engagement strategies. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your experience with organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can develop the necessary multi-channel campaign to facilitate the process. You’ll also monitor and direct the workflow of change management projects. As an on-site change expert, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. You Have:
-2+ years of experience with a top tier management or IT consulting firm

-2+ years of experience with industry methods for organizational change management, organizational design, strategic communications, training development, process improvement, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff

-Experience with facilitation of organizational change management or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites, including senior level clients

-Experience with executing qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses

-Experience with business development, whitepaper development, and new intellectual capital development

-Ability to be a self-starter, team player, and leader in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the U.S , and work up to 100% of the time alongside clients at locations in the National Capital Region

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:
-2+ years of experience with organizational change management, strategic communications, organizational design, business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, performance management, or overhead optimization

-Experience in conducting organizational change management in agile fashion

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, Communications, or Industrial Engineering, preferred; MA or MS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, Communications, or Industrial Engineering a plus

-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP Certifications
