Organizational Design and Transformation Professional

Key Role:
Work on impactful and leading-edge engagements for government clients that deliver significant competitive advantages. Lead complex enterprise transformation projects that require new behaviors, new operational processes, and new approaches to drive efficiency and effective customer service delivery. Drive and execute tasks and activities, including conducting organizational assessments, identifying capability gaps based on established frameworks, and developing roadmaps and solutions to achieve operational success. Facilitate and lead client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops, including vision and design sessions. Guide executive-level clients through the organizational design, operating model, and strategic decisions required to build capability and capacity across people, process, and technology dimensions and provide hands-on implementation assistance, including coaching and advising the client on new ways of doing business. Develop prioritization strategies, project plans, and manage task execution across a portfolio of projects, including executive progress reporting. Participate in a collaborative team environment and a dynamic client environment, work with clients, stakeholders, and Booz Allen leaders to form cross-functional teams that deliver results, and work on organizational transformations. 
 

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-5+ years of experience with strategy or management consulting
-Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design, assessment, and change  
-Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, leading client, and team-based discussions
-Experience with conducting workforce and workload analysis efforts
-Experience with common federal HR laws and practices
-Ability to independently produce and contribute to deliverables within a short time frame in a collaborative team environment
-Ability to work in Washington, DC up to 100% of the time
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required  
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with the government 
-Experience with visual design or representing ideas visually
-Experience with design and delivery of administrative services
-Ability to employ Agile practices in the context of implementing a transformation
-Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
-Possession of excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills at the executive/leadership level
-Public Trust clearance
-MA, MS, or MBA degree preferred
-Change Management Certification, including CMAP or Prosci
