Organizational Effectiveness Analyst

Key Role:
Work across a wide array of health-focused government entities to identify the available organizational data and comprehend how it interacts with the organization’s strategic focus areas, stakeholder requirements, and the effectiveness of internal structures, processes, and workforce. Define, design, develop, and deploy analytical solutions that leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements in organizational effectiveness. Develop analytical solutions that inform and provide rationale and justification for business decisions. Improve, refine, and analyze processes and integrate processes into daily operations to drive efficiencies and improve decision making. Conduct benchmark analyses and customize courses of action for client improvement and enhancement, develop conclusions and strategic recommendations, document findings, author reports and deliverables, and lead client presentations. Serve as task lead for a variety of engagements by scoping project requirements, ensuring the timely and successful execution of deliverables, and managing and maintaining client relationships. Identify opportunities to expand Booz Allen's offering of services, including strategic planning, organizational design, and business process reengineering to both new and existing military health clients. 
 

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with applying quantitative data and analysis to informing and improving the effectiveness of internal organizational systems, processes, workforces, or structures
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing and manipulating Excel spreadsheets and creating PowerPoint products
-Ability to produce client-ready products, optimize business performance, and manage enterprise-level projects
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in a clinical or healthcare delivery field 
-Knowledge of military health, including MHS and DHA
-Possession of excellent leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, analytical, quantitative, and data gathering skills
-Public Trust clearance   
-MA or MS degree in a related field
