Organizational Efficiency Consultant

Key Role:

Work with client stakeholders to develop organizational efficiency solutions for key mission drivers. Define the problem set and capture anticipated ROI using quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop an effective business case for the necessary change. Identify interdependencies, manage coordination points, and drive engagement to ensure stakeholder buy-in. Empower organizational change via value-added solutions, through the full life cycle of design to implementation. Solicit feedback from stakeholders to enhance the delivery of capabilities and effectively manage and control both the business side and the people side of change.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in government organizations or the private sector

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Ability to effectively apply comprehension of organizational mission and vision to accurately define and diagnosis a problem set from ambiguous and seemingly disparate areas of concern

-Ability to operate with appreciable latitude to execute discreet tasking, develop the methodology or approach, and present recommendations for approval

-Ability to work with both staff and leadership-level stakeholders through briefings and meeting facilitation

-Ability to apply expertise in multiple complex work assignments simultaneously

-Ability to identify, articulate, learn, and apply the necessary tools or capabilities to implement effective and sustainable solutions

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree in Business Administration or a related field

-Industry-recognized credentials in change management, process improvement, group facilitation, or a related field
