PACRIM Technology Leader

Key Role:

Drive functional growth in the Pacific Rim from a market, delivery, and administrative perspective. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in modern digital technology and analytics, bring new capabilities, applications, and services to the market, and develop new business. Work as a thought leader and provide capabilities and solutions that generate significant revenue, business, and industry performance. Analyze market trends and disruptions and search for emerging new opportunities. Help to enable idea generation by providing platforms and formats like innovation labs, hackathons, and crowdsourcing. Develop solutions in collaboration with accounts with the intention to take capabilities to market, help teams apply new capabilities that are potentially relevant in their client space, and develop best practices that standardize identifying, building, and implementing capabilities and strategic innovations. Define strategies for identifying and capturing key opportunities, drive exceptional delivery, continue to grow the administrative team, ensuring scaling in key skillsets, interact directly with multiple senior-level market leaders on strategy, and maintain a broad, collaborative network across the firm.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with leading large teams and programs, developing strategies, and growing business

-Experience with working across technology and analytics capabilities

-Experience with mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders and a team that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals

-Experience in DoD or US government environments

-Experience with agile, scaled agile, and agile transformation and leading large-scale technical programs

-Knowledge of legacy technology systems

-Ability to transform legacy to a digital platform, work collaboratively within a matrixed environment, and apply a track record as a business leader and innovator

-Ability to align solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD logistics and mobility platforms

-Experience with leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoD

-Experience with DevOps and DevOps strategy development

-Experience with enterprise architecture in a US government environment preferred

-Possession of excellent management and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-MA or MS degree preferred
