Payroll Specialist

Key Role:
Process employee changes and data entry regarding the firm's payroll, upload files, assist with year-end processing, garnishments, military, short-term disability, tax and wage adjustments, and auditing and provide Tier 3 support for staff. Assist with the development, monitoring, and compliance with procedures and processes for international payroll operations and expat administration. Ensure compliance within the US payroll team via auditing. Provide support for tax filings and GL reconciliations. Prepare payroll data for external vendors, including audits and payment funding requests. Provide employee support for international staff, including tax and visa packet preparation. Assist with US payroll, as necessary and facilitate additional payroll projects, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with payroll or accounting, including multi-state

-Experience in high volume payroll for an organization with 10,000+ employees

-Experience with international payroll required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with ADP Vantage/Ev5 or Workday

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
