We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long term goals and show it how to achieve them.


This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the DoD’s performance management at the deputy secretary level. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. You’ll support your team with research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects as they work to show clients their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform into an organization who drives performance improvement and change through data analysis. You'll work with the client organization to determine executive and line of business long-term goals and manage the development of strategy linked metrics, performance analytics, performance reviews, and action plans for organizations to achieve their long-term objectives. Conduct line of business assessments, communicate metrics and score card results, analyze trends, and make recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, IT, cost optimization, and management practices. Build a trusted client relationship and identify areas of improvement and continue transforming the client organization.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with strategy and management consulting

-Experience with gathering data and compiling into clear, concise reporting

-Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, or performance management

-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Ability to work independently with little oversight

-Possession of excellent critical thinking skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
