Performance Management Expert Consultant/Manager

Key Role:

Work as an internal consultant, leading the assessment, measurement, and enhancement the performance of employees. Work as a business expert identifying opportunities to support the organization’s business goals and objectives. Oversee performance improvement projects and designs and implements performance improvement interventions. Design and execute training programs in leadership development, management development, change management, client satisfaction, interpersonal skills, team development, and communication. Evaluate project performance related to meeting budgets, project deadlines, and client satisfaction. Provide work leadership for junior employees.

Basic Qualification:
-8+ years of experience with a top tier management or IT consulting firm

-6+ years of experience with industry methods for performance management, organizational optimization, process improvement, and qualitative and quantitative data modeling, analyses, including managerial roles over staff

-5+ years of experience in the facilitation of performance management or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites, including senior level clients

-5+ years of experience with designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses

-Experience with business development, whitepaper development, and new intellectual capital development

-Ability to be a self-starter, team player, and leader in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the U.S and work up to 100% of the time alongside clients at locations in the National Capital Region

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualification:
-10+ years of experience with performance management, organizational change management, strategic communications, organizational design, business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, or overhead optimization

-Experience with Data Visualization and Analytical Tools, including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel

-Experience in conducting organizational change management in an Agile fashion

-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, Operations, Research, or Industrial Engineering preferred; MA or MS degree in Business, Management, Economics, Government, Political Science, Operations, Research, or Industrial Engineering a plus

-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP Certifications
