Performance Management Lead

Key Role:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of organization-wide Agile performance management, talent planning, and promotion processes for a highly technical, global workforce. Apply a proven record of accomplishment and experience with identifying and implementing innovations and best practices to optimize employee performance and development. Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders in the business to consult and demonstrate human capital expertise in performance management and related disciplines. Interface with multiple clients to comprehend business needs and develop effective solutions that balance those needs with corporate stewardship. Leverage effective communication expertise to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of performance management approaches, inform and engage employees, and build support for change. Assist with performance management automation and enhancements in Workday. 

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with human resources or human capital in a services or high-tech industry

-5+ years of experience with project management

-Experience in working with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and develop high-impact solutions

-Experience in supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs focused on performance management and talent planning, including presenting to and interacting with senior leaders in a consultative manner

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations

-Ability to lead teams and work through others

-Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and follow up on several tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

-BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with career development and competency modeling

-Experience with program evaluation and management, including human capital best practices and senior-level facilitation

-Experience with the Workday Talent module

-Ability to deliver exceptional results in a matrixed organization

-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Human Resources preferred; MA or MS degree in Human Resources a plus
