Performance Measurement Systems Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, information technology, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, or cost drivers. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue or profitability and mission achievement, mitigate and manage risk, and conduct customer or stakeholder analyses. Contribute to processes for improving operations and increasing process efficiency. Expand or reorganize a business unit or operation. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Act as leader on large programs and provide oversight to projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.


Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with project management, performance measures, and requirements analysis

-Experience with Agile development methodologies, Web-based issued management tools, testing Web applications, providing technical assistance to system users, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)

-Ability to be accountable for quality of work, adhere to timeline and deliverables, and provide status updates to client and team leadership

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience with project management, performance measures, and requirements analysis or MA or MS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including gathering user needs to articulate system requirements and user stories and solve problems efficiently and effectively

-Public Trust clearance
