Persona Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support clients with solving difficult problems through exploiting persona–based attributes. Leverage current expertise, conducting in–depth persona analysis through a wide variety of proprietary tools and conducting advanced target research and development from complex datasets to enhance the mission. Apply current knowledge of developing new persona–based tradecraft and identify potential gaps. Perform robust social network analysis on persona attributes and digital attributes to identify unique patterns. Conduct multi–source analysis to draw rational and logical-based conclusions. Work with the client to optimize current research methods and recommend improvements in current tradecraft.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in the SIGINT community

-Experience with one or more of the following areas: correlation research and development, social network analysis, pattern of life analysis, financial intelligence, target research and development, identity intelligence, and analysis

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with open source research and development

-Experience with metadata analysis

-Experience with basic scripting and programing

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word for documenting methodology and presenting results

-Knowledge of Regex, C++, and Python for analysis

-Ability to mentor other staff members

-Ability to work across different divisions, organizations, and leadership chains to influence change

-Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
