Personnel Recovery/Combat Search and Rescue Support Analyst

Key Role:

Enable enterprise-wide transparency, discovery, collaboration, and coordination of user engagement derived information to facilitate the corporate delivery of responsive solutions that addresses comprehension of user needs, identifies capability gaps, and assesses the need for providing education and training. Provide users with opportunities to influence decisions. Build excellent channels of communication, become an honest broker, and accurately communicate requirements and capabilities of the organization. Provide knowledge and subject matter expertise of current and future organizational systems, including architectures, constellations, sensors, dissemination, exploitation, collection management, derived intelligence products, and support to operations. Ensure communication, cooperation, and national systems technical collection expertise between the organization and its users by serving as an official go-between between top-ranking officials from each organization.


Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience as a subject matter expert or project manager in the field

-3+ years of experience in working with the intelligence community

-Knowledge of the full range of the intelligence client’s products and services, including SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, COMM, MOD, GED, SED, OSL, and MID

-Ability to relate the intelligence client's mission to support PR/CSAR support requirements

-Ability to build trust and a reputation as an honest broker

-Ability to communicate client requirements to the organization and organizational capabilities to the client

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IC research tools or databases

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent grammatical, analytical, and organizational skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
