PKI Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Provide day–to–day operations and support for the enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Support system administration for virtual and physical enterprise servers. Maintain responsibility for operating, maintaining, and sustaining enterprise physical and virtual servers supporting enterprise intelligence mission applications, business systems, and core or shared infrastructure services at designated data centers. Support Microsoft– and UNIX–based COTS server environments and other operating systems that will be supported on a case–by–case basis. Maintain enterprise server operating systems, including UNIX, RedHat Linux, CENTOS, and Solaris.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in UNIX and Linux server systems administration with physical and virtual servers

-1+ years of experience in Microsoft server systems administration with physical and virtual servers

-Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

-Experience with SSL, TLS, LDAP, LDAPS, and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) protocols

-Experience with administration and maintenance of PKI and identity management systems

-TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take polygraph exam

-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience with IT, AA or AS degree and 4 years of experience with IT, BA or BS degree and 2 years of experience with IT, or MA or MS degree

-DoD 8570 Certification, including Security+, CASP, CISSP, or CISM or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of ITIL change management and problem management best practices

-Knowledge of OpenSSL

-Knowledge of Java Keytool

-Ability to work independently and as a team member to solve difficult technical challenges on a global scale

-Ability to provide on–call support as a member of a larger team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent team collaboration skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
