Planning and Analysis Consultant, Senior

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, information technology, and management practices. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency. Prepare deployer status slides and organize deployed leadership or analyst briefs as a member of the combat operations support team (COST). Review and analyze data and reports in an accountability matrix, identify inaccurate, conflicting, or incomplete information, and work with schedulers and leadership to research and resolve discrepancies. Lead the coordination of weekly leadership meetings, draft meeting agenda items, and distribute them to leadership and relevant parties. Provide input on the generation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for expeditionary operations based on lessons learned from current deployers.

Basic Qualifications:
-11 years of experience in a professional work environment or military service
-Experience with supporting operational elements of intelligence community (IC) efforts or operational military units, combatant commands, or operations commands
-Knowledge of the IC’s strategic objectives and military support strategies
-Ability to work independently at senior management levels within the IC
-Ability to convey technical information 
-Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight
-Ability to manage data
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with articulating detailed and structured recommendations to senior management and staff members to support decision making
-Experience with formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues
-Knowledge of Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) processes, including the roles of Joint Staff, force providers, and combat support agencies
-Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
