Plans and Programming Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Track and validate Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Wing-wide requirements, technical reviews, requirements reviews, corporate capabilities-based assessments, and systems and resource analyses to accomplish the ISR Wing's global mission. Create, implement, and manage database software to track and manage requirements from multiple Wing organizations. Manage workflows to process regulations, governance, and automation. Create and manage client portals using corporate business workflows and ticket submissions. Facilitate discussion with Wing business and technical teams to establish and refine current requirements processes. Identify process re-engineering opportunities and recommend process improvements and advise the resource management director on policy, requirements, and assessments. Adapt implementation plans to senior leader changes, plans, and priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with Air Force ISR or cryptologic intelligence

-Experience with developing, drafting, or reviewing mission or support requirements for squadron or higher level organizations

-Experience with project management

-Knowledge of Air Force, Joint services, or combined planning, programming, and budgeting system

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with cryptologic, Cyber, or national tactical integration missions

-Experience in the Air Force, performing or overseeing squadron-level or higher program management or mission support, including Air Force Directorate Chief or Director, Branch Chief, or Superintendent

-Experience as a MAJCOM or HQ USAF action officer

-Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management

-Experience with Air Component, Combatant Command, or Air Force Major Command intelligence requirements

-BA or BS degree or higher

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
