PM Support/PMO Scheduler

Key Role: 

Provide project management support for research and development programs. Work alongside the project manager to support the project life cycle, including development or maintenance of an integrated master schedule (IMS), tracking and supporting procurement, tracking project performance against cost, schedule, and milestones, and coordinating and supporting project meetings. Manage a project or program schedule that communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Analyze the potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverables on program accomplishment. Provide SharePoint site collection configuration, administration, support, and maintenance. Develop and present reports on analysis findings. Draft program documentation to support activities to higher-level management and work in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with project management support or program analysis

-2+ years of experience with scheduling and planning, including managing enterprise or integrated schedules

-Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint Administration

-Ability to provide SharePoint support

-Ability to develop and present reports

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Additional Qualifications: 

-Ability to multi-task and problem-solve

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree preferred

-Microsoft Project Certification

-PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification
