Ethics and Compliance Professional Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a key member of a team that drives ethical behavior, shapes our culture of ethics and integrity, and implements Booz Allen’s approach to policy. Manage the firm’s policy framework, including creation, review, approval, and communication of policies and policy changes, and manage the firm’s policy library, including updating policies, FAQs, and other site content. Provide expertise and support across compliance programs, including anticorruption, anti-money laundering, government contractor compliance, ethics programs, and corporate social responsibility. Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Interact with leadership on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, programs, and procedures and conducting risk assessments

-Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business-focused teams, legal and compliance teams, and finance and accounting teams

-Ability to write clearly and succinctly in plain language

-Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory guidance in plain language

-Ability to work collaboratively on other teams’ business processes

-BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience in working with corporate policy within a compliance-related department or team

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in an ethics and compliance related department or team

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to be flexible when required, but also achieve against tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work

-Ability to be a dedicated team player and help the team as needed on a wide variety of tasks

-Possession of excellent writing skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to develop collegial relationships with colleagues at all levels
