Portfolio Management Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work with a high performing and dynamic team to design and deliver portfolio management (PfM) solutions for IT clients. Support the evolution of portfolio management processes and their associated objectives and outcomes. Design data collection strategies that minimize the administrative burden and portfolio build and portfolio monitoring analyses that enables leadership to make data driven decisions. Capture and manage business requirements and lead the translation of those requirements into technical and tool requirements, customizing a commercial-off-the-shelf portfolio management application to deliver efficient and effective portfolio management solutions. Design and implement predictive analytics to inform portfolio management and investment decision processes. Interface directly with federal clients and project and program managers across the organization to comprehend the current portfolio of projects and make recommendations for improvement. Develop customized portfolio management artifacts, templates, and analytic tools to assist agency offices with understanding the condition of their project portfolios and maturing their portfolio management processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with supporting IT Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), IT Portfolio Management (IT PfM), project portfolio management processes, or IT investment analytics

-Experience with developing data collection strategies and designing and implementing portfolio management and investment analyses to produce decision-enabling information

-Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

-Experience with project performance, programmatic, or budget data collection, analysis, and reporting

-Experience in leading and planning complex tasks with daily client interaction

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required
