Portfolio Manager

Key Role:

Apply expert–level knowledge of portfolio management tools and concepts. Facilitate experience working in DoD projects and managing and deploying complex and state–of–the–art integrated systems. Deliver IT system portfolio management solutions to support IT system inventory reduction, the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, the Defense Business Transformation Agency (BTA), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Investment Review Board certifications, and Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative (FDCCI).

Basic Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Knowledge of the acquisition program life cycle, the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS), the Federal Information Assurance Act (FISMA), and interrelations of each functional discipline to execute successful completion of the project

-Ability to articulate in communicating both orally and in writing

-Ability to present to Flag Officers, General Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business

Additional Requirements:

-Experience in deploying large–scale hardware and software systems enhancements or upgrades for an organization with widely distributed geographic sites

-Experience with current and emerging network and infrastructure management technologies and business practices

-Possession of excellent communications skills to interact with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design

-MA or MS degree in CS, or Information Systems, or Engineering, or Business

-DAWIA Level III in Program Management or PMP Certification
