Power Utility and Nuclear Focused Business Leader

Key Role:

Act as the subject matter expert with nuclear and utility team to propose engagements and solutions to existing and new clients and design, manage, maintain, and grow customer accounts and lead account teams with the entire client engagement process, including relationship building, marketing, opportunity shaping, proposal development, and delivery and execution oversight. Work closely with the directors of energy, fellow account leaders, account managers, and account teams in a highly collaborative environment and stay highly engaged with security leaders in the power generation and transmission industry. Lead and combined capability or domain teams in the development of tangible customer value, growth and additional revenue. Collaborate with firm’s capability centers, and lead the development of high-value, high-leverage innovation and analytics offerings for utilities, to help address emerging shortfalls in organizational capabilities resulting from transformational market forces. Develop strategic relationships with and advise senior utility clients. Leverage own or firm’s existing client relationships to take offerings to market successfully, lead key engagements or internal projects that take advantage of own knowledge and experience, including identify, hire, and lead additional staff to help drive the growth and quality delivery of firm's business supporting utility system transformation. Participate and provide thought leadership in the establishment, review, and revision of the firm’s go-to-market strategy in the area of nuclear or electric utility system transformation, play a leadership role in professional communities, including in strategic, firm-wide projects and investment opportunities related to subject matter expertise.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with energy industry, including nuclear or conventional power generation, and transmissions

-Experience with delivering and implementing large, and complex Cybersecurity compliance engagements for energy clients

-Experience with managing financial and operational responsibilities for engagements, and services delivered to energy industry clients

-Knowledge of current utility business model, and utility or nuclear operations, and forces driving changes in utility operations and business models

-BA or BS degree or 10 years of experience in energy industry


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with engineering or data analytics services in the energy utility space

-MA or MS degree
