Principal, Emerging Market Accounts

Key Role: 

Lead key client accounts as the executive responsible for Booz Allen’s emerging commercial markets business. Develop and maintain key client relationships, including ensuring client satisfaction in the delivery of quality solutions and a growing team of account managers. Support Booz Allen’s Commercial “Cyber first” strategy and be instrumental in helping to shape a fast-growing business focused in a functional area that changes rapidly. Leverage a solid grasp of Cybersecurity fundamentals. Champion the firm’s steadfast commitment and purpose to work closely with clients to solve their most difficult challenges.  


Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with leading complex Cybersecurity functions, including the implementation of new organization models, processes, and technologies for threat prevention, detection, and response

-5+ years of experience with client management, account development, and solution delivery

-Experience in developing a high-performance consulting team with expertise in Cybersecurity and multi-industry

-Ability to identify and lead the capture of specific opportunities and build a business around Cybersecurity across commercial account industries

-BA or BS degree required


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with negotiations, including procurement, scoping, and work planning
-Experience with coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise
-Ability to represent the firm at a senior level with C-suite executives
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment

-Possession of excellent client facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree
