Process Improvement and Training Consultant

Key Role:

Work with organizations to analyze the redesign of business processes. Provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements as a member of the project team. Support practice development initiatives and assist the business development team by analyzing their proposal writing. Maintain daily contact with junior- to mid-level client staff regarding information and data collection and participate in client meetings, as needed. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.


Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with working on business process improvement, performance management, or training initiatives

-Experience with developing and conducting training

-Experience with data gathering and analysis experience

-Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or Visio and Project
-Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage complex and sophisticated projects

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with Air Force or other DoD organizations preferred

-Experience with working as a management consultant preferred

-Experience with working on knowledge management, information management, or strategic planning initiatives a plus
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Business Process Reengineering, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, or Change Management Certifications a plus
