Procurement Compliance Administrator

Key Role:

Support the corporate procurement team with policy and compliance matters and review procurement files to ensure compliance with current regulations and the Procurement Manual. Assist with training initiatives to roll out new practices and process improvements to the procurement teams and other business partner and account groups. Assist with maintaining CPSR approved business system, name changes or novations, executive compensation reporting, job aids, and subcontract templates and forms. Maintain responsibility for conducting pre- and post-award compliance reviews of procurement files. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of procurement compliance and collaboratively interface with procurement management and staff. 


Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in corporate procurement policy and compliance review

-Ability to successfully support a quick paced, high-volume, and diverse workload

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a compliance professional and a procurement professional

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
