Product Marketing and PR Manager

Key Role:

Deliver go-to-market strategies for launching solutions among target markets that drive demand for products, including leveraging integrated marketing strategies, client insights, and CRM. Serve as the public relations lead for Recreation.gov. Use brand marketing objectives to set PR strategy, including seasonal PR campaigns. Draft press releases and other PR content and respond to inbound requests from media contacts as appropriate to support the PR strategy. Serve as an SME on key market segments, the buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and communicate the value proposition of the products to client-facing employees and enable sales tools that support the selling process. Support and maintain product messaging framework to ensure alignment with Booz Allen Hamilton brand promise and messaging. Manage the development of case study and marketing collateral development and support detailed and insightful metrics-based marketing programs, and partner with finance and product teams to support Business models and ROI outlook.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in marketing government and commercial business, including media relations

-Experience in writing content for a variety of channels, including media, Web, and social media

-Experience in delivering world class marketing, including branding, execution, and public relations 

-Ability to translate complex information into clear communications comprehend by a wide range of audiences, including employees, customers, and the media

-Ability to organize multiple work streams simultaneously

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in SaaS sectors a plus

-Ability to show track record developing core messaging, and positioning development

-Ability to exhibit editing skills and pay attention to detail

-Ability to lead initiatives with confidence

-Possession of excellent presentation, customer support, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Marketing or PR Communications or related field

-MBA
