Product Office Integrator

Key Role:
Formulate and define systems scope and objective based on user needs and a thorough comprehension of business systems and industry requirements. Analyze or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering computer equipment capability and limitations, operating time, and form of preferred results. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications. Apply full technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Instruct, direct, and check the work of business systems analysis personnel. Act as a team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs
-10+ years of experience with requirements gathering, tracking, and management for systems or software delivery programs
-Experience with program management, reviews, and governance boards
-Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings
-Experience with working in team environments
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Project
-Experience with using Remedy to design, track and report issues
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile development methodologies
-Experience with client specific project management framework
-Experience with leading software development projects
-Experience with business process analysis and change management
-Knowledge of the PEO C3T community and analysis processes
-Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite and the integration of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices and processes into existing organizations
-Possession of excellent team leadership, development, client relationship, consulting, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
