Production Planning Scheduler

Key Role:
Serve as a production planner and scheduled for an Army client working systems of systems integration and engineering. Maintain responsibility for developing schedules and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) for scheduled activities, including architecture and engineering efforts, network integration evaluations, Capability Set (CS) Synchronized Fieldings (SFs), and efforts supporting the Army modernization plan using the government-provided Primavera P6 software scheduling tool. Maintain responsibility for reviewing and analyzing schedules from other scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project and incorporate scheduling information in the Primavera system schedules, ensuring schedules within the IMS are integrated both vertically and horizontally. Maintain responsibility for analyzing sub-schedule performance against the baseline IMS, identifying schedule risks, and reporting any issues. Analyze schedule performance against the schedule baseline, identify variances and their causes and any risks and impacts to critical path. Prepare and conduct briefings, as required. This position is located in Warren, MI.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with scheduling, including developing, analyzing, and reporting project schedules using a scheduling tool, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Open Plan
-3+ years of experience with scheduling for a federal government program
-Experience with working on one scheduling project of at least one year in duration
-Secret clearance
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Army PEO or PM support
-Knowledge of Army Staff procedures and DoD acquisition regulations and instructions
-BA or BS degree
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
