Products and Solutions Contract Manager

Key Role:
Act as a lead for providing contracts and pricing support for products and solutions. Work closely with business and product developers to help develop product pricing and product sales channels. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggest proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended bid strategy. Assist with proposal development, including solicitation reviews, risk identification, and the development of mitigation strategies. Negotiate and administer reseller agreements, teaming and subcontract agreements, and contracts with government and commercial clients. Monitor performance for contract compliance and identify and escalate problems that may impact performance. Provide subject matter expertise and develop and maintain relationships with key government clients.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

-5+ years of experience developing product pricing
-3+ years of experience with commercial product sales and negotiations, including key terms, warranties, and IP and commercial pricing for a blend of commercial and government clients
-Experience with reseller agreements
-Experience with GSA schedules and government-wide acquisition contracts, including commercial pricing on vehicles
-Experience with fixed-price systems delivery contracts, including contracts for the software development lifecycle, systems delivery, and other IT services associated with customized software and COTS or GOTS solutions
-Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
-Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
-Ability to support a quick paced, high-volume, diverse workload successfully


Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of evolving technology trends
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent customer relationship development and management skills with internal and external customers

-Knowledge of evolving technology trends

-Security clearances a plus

-BA or BS degree
