Program Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Serve as a Cybersecurity program analyst supporting a highly visible DoD program. Support technical assistance, managing databases and logistics and operations, including planning and execution of program engagement forums with government and industry. Support activities that grow and sustain a client Cybersecurity program, including working on onboarding actions with industry, communicating with DoD leadership, and managing and updating a program database and suspense tracking system. Conduct research and analysis to support existing and emerging federal and DoD Cybersecurity policies, program expansions, and other requirements. Collect and assess data and provide findings and recommendations to the director. Work in a dynamic environment that is a model for public-private information sharing and collaboration. Maintain responsibility for working directly with the client director on deliverables, databases, conference requirements, and program statuses. This position is full-time on client site and is located in Crystal City, Arlington, VA.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with working in a DoD environment

-Experience with gathering, organizing, analyzing, and tracking data

-Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with planning, administering, and executing HQ-level meetings with senior government officials, interagency, or the private sector

-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Access

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity

-Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to be a self-starter and work with little supervision

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-Security+ Certification
