Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Deliver world-class program management support to federal agencies supporting community resiliency and disaster management missions, with an emphasis on driving organizational effectiveness and performance. Collect and compile data to produce updates to various reports, schedules, and trackers to provide analysis on the program’s status. Assist clients with preparing for program-level meetings, briefings, or conferences and meeting summaries for program-wide distribution. Multi-task, prioritize workload continuously to meet deliverable deadlines, and communicate the risk early, if more time or support is needed. Provide general support for document and slide development and help to manage and maintain content for a SharePoint site. Exhibit creativity, foresight, and mature judgment, when anticipating and solving problems in program management support.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience in working with complex or large projects

-Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Access

-Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the company and client

-Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft project and scheduling

-Experience with earned value management

-Experience with Agile management

-Experience with risk management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, or Mathematics
