Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work as a project analyst for the Navy's client onsite at a Navy installation while maintaining responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Support the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) engineering team in the completion and release of all documentation ensuring a more unified, clean product to be used across the enterprise. Maintain responsibility for engineering deliverables, including meeting minutes, briefs, and meeting agendas to ensure consistent client style and format in accordance with DoD, Navy, and client-specific direction. Assist with budgeting, tracking, and maintaining current actuals of all spend plan information, including submitting spend plans for future deployment requirements, reviewing market research estimates and vendor quotes for accuracy, and developing and updating POM budget. Maintain responsibility for managing all actions and tasks that the engineering team is working on via an action tracker and the engineering component within Serena. Assist with BPMN modeling, SOPs, instructions, guides, charters, and tracking of project milestones in support of the VDI 2.0 Rollout. Support the portfolio management team and provide back up support for the DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS) lead to maintain the DADMS portfolio, including petitioning Functional Area Managers (FAMs), extending Last Date Allowed (LDAs), associating or disassociating apps, introducing new applications to DADMS, and ad hoc requests.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program or project management

-2+ years of experience with working in a Navy organization

-2+ years of experience with managing spend and financials

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project

-Experience with Visio

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy acquisition office or command

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent customer service and organizational skills
