Job Description

Job Number: R0043386

Program Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we develop the next generation of data link systems to support US and Allied Armed Forces. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Office tools, TOPvue, SharePoint, etc. and regular interactions with subject matter experts, government customers, systems integrators, and other analysts. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create status updates, briefs, and schedule and drive discussions and review and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve the government customers by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects. Join us and help make sure our key customer program stays on-time and within budget as we improve warfighter communications systems.

Empower change with us.
