Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide program management support to DoD client. Assist with the installation, planning, and coordination for DoD in-service programs and projects, including legacy communication and network installations on DoD platforms. Prepare documentation to support working groups and planning meetings and attend Installation Planning Working Groups (IPWGs) and production and other installation planning, coordination, and status meetings and conferences, as assigned. Support DoD programs and projects, including production planning and tracking of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), acquisition of system hardware and software, integration planning and tracking, and assisting with program activities, as required. Manage action items, including timely responses to internal and external inquiries, data calls, and program or project status updates.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with program or project management in a DoD acquisition installation/modernization environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client, and organize and execute client meetings

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD acquisition programs and policies

-Knowledge of the DoD Modernization Process (NMP) and the Shore Installation Process Handbook

-Knowledge of modernization planning tools and baseline change requests

-Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems of program management and acquisition support

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to be team-oriented

-Possession of excellent team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree or 7 years of experience as a project manager with the military

Clearance:
