Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide general support to a DoD client directly supporting an executive level staff and multiple program offices. Coordinate across program offices and DoN organizations, manage dashboards in the facilitation of data calls, assigned actions, and recurring meetings, coordinate and orchestrate meetings and events, and track and manage general workplace maintenance, including repairs. Develop and maintain relationships and collaborate across the organization to track and support the completion of data calls and assigned actions. Orchestrate meetings, including those supporting the gathering information from across the organization to support the development of cohesive products for executive use and situational awareness. Perform as the task specialist for an assigned project and maintain responsibility for technical activities or analyses. Provide analytical support to project managers and directors. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with conducting project or program management

-Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint

-Knowledge of basic safety for facilities maintenance and repair tasks

-Ability to communicate across all levels and functional areas in the organization effectively

-Ability to manage and operate SharePoint databases, action trackers, and permissions

-Secret clearance required

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications

-Experience with DoN acquisition

-Knowledge of DoD, DoN, ASN, OPNAV, SPAWAR, PEO C4I, and Program Office constructs

-Knowledge of OPNAV Tasker Version 5 (TV5) data call management system

-Ability to display strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to be highly motivated and proactive

-Possession of excellent writing and editing skills

-Possession of excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
