Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office, including analyzing a budget and program plan, developing acquisition documentation, monitoring task execution, and mitigating risk. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation. Assist with tracking program cost, schedule, and performance. Support the assessment of current programs, including management initiatives, IT, program integration, cost benefit analysis, and metrics development. Perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of written and quantitative data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist clients with preparing program-level and executive-level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program-wide distribution. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support. This position is located in San Diego, CA.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in a program office

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition for the Navy

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with preparing briefings and reports appropriate for senior government executives

-Experience with Navy Acquisition Programs

-Experience with Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) preferred

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Possession of excellent team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree


Clearance:
