Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide support to the director of operations, and assist with development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, internal policies, and business operation procedures. Liaison across internal and external organizations to coordinate and respond to data calls and taskers. Author, edit, and process civilian awards for government staff. Assist in team building, organizational development training, and workforce improvement initiatives. Asist and maintain personnel metrics. Author, compile, and edit briefs, white papers, and talking points as requested on a variety of topics or initiatives. Coordinate input from the programs or projects and functional areas to develop weekly organizational activity reports and monthly stakeholder reports. Facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client and organize and execute client meetings, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with program or project management in a DoD or SPAWAR environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with technical writing and editing

-Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize deliverables

-Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client, and organize and execute client meetings as needed

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military, preferred

-Experience with Navy, SPAWAR, or PEO C4I programs and policies

-Ability to show creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support

-Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree
